History of Illusion Temple

Illusion Temple Map in MU Online

Illusion Temple

Six years have passed since the battle between the MU Alliance and the Illusion Sorcery over the Cursed Holy Relic. Although the conflict seemed to calm down, the greed of Illusion Sorcery led to new attempts to seize the Illusion Temple, a place where valuable treasures and relics are hidden.

Faced with this threat, the NPC Mirage summoned heroes from the MU Alliance to defend the temple. Thus, the event was born, in which two teams face each other in a strategic battle.

The Illusion Temple works under the dynamics of a classic “Capture the Flag”. Two teams of up to five players each fight to obtain the Illusion Ball and carry it to their base. Each delivery grants Event Points, and at the end, the team with the most points will be the winner, receiving valuable rewards and experience.

Illusion Temple Explanatory Map

Explanatory Map

The main objective of the Illusion Temple is for your team to accumulate more points than the opponent. To do this, you must capture the Holy Relic and carry it to your team's pedestal, defending your position from enemy attacks.

  • The Holy Relic appears in a Stone Statue located randomly at the north or south of the map.
  • To pick it up, click on the statue and hold for 10 seconds.
  • The carrier's movement speed is reduced, and their location is visible on the minimap.
  • Deposit the relic at your team's pedestal to earn points. Once delivered, it will respawn at another statue.
  • If the carrier dies, the relic will drop to the ground and can be picked up by any player.
  • If not picked up, it will disappear and respawn at a statue.
  • If affected by stun or binding skills, capturing or depositing the relic will automatically cancel.

How Kill Points Work

  • Each time a character is defeated, their Kill Points reset to 0.
  • Upon respawning at the starting base, the player automatically receives 10 Kill Points.
  • Points accumulate progressively up to a maximum of 90 Kill Points per character.
  • After resurrection, the system automatically activates a protection spell lasting 10 seconds, granting temporary invulnerability.
